Lake Bandini makes the place stink like shit, to the point that I knew Marines who, while deployed in Iraq, would go sit in the porta-johns for long stretches of time, simply because the odor reminded them of being back home. It's 3hrs away from anything of interest, in all directions. They tried to charge me $3k for not using the base-sanctioned cleaning service when we moved out of base housing, despite the 3 weeks my wife and I had spent cleaning the place prior to moving. Also, needs more tanks, getting rid of them was a mistake. 1/5 stars, would not recommend.
